Here's How it Works ⚙️

1. First time visiting our new portal?

• Sign in at the top right-hand corner using your MongoDB account credentials.

  • Make sure you use the same MongoDB account you previously used to submit feedback in our former system.

• Authenticate your login and start leaving feedback!

2. View past feedback

• Once logged in, you can now see feedback you’ve previously submitted, voted on, or subscribed to.

  • Please note that if you previously submitted feedback to an area that has since been deprecated, it will not be visible on the portal.

• You will be automatically subscribed to feedback if you:

  • Create the idea

  • Vote on an idea

  • Comment on an idea

  • Click the Subscribe button

3. Submit new feedback

• Click the +ADD NEW FEEDBACK button and follow the provided template.

  • When entering details, remember that this is a public portal, visible to all. Do NOT enter any confidential or sensitive information.

• As a creator/subscriber to a feedback item, you will receive notifications when:

  • The feedback is initially created

  • When a status update occurs

  • When another user comments on your feedback
